Elena Chr. Mina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of Manchester (2011), where she also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) with specialization in Corporate Governance (2012). She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and obtained her practicing license in 2013.

She practices both litigation and advisory law, specializing in a wide range of civil law matters, including insurance law, commercial law, contract law, tort law, and inheritance and succession law.

She appears before all Cypriot District Courts and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, and handles the drafting of legal documents to be filed before the court.

She deals with the drafting of agreements and contracts, the registration of trade names, the establishment of partnerships and associations, as well as the registration and protection of trademarks. She also has extensive experience in the registration of new companies and providing advisory services to clients wishing to engage in business activities in Cyprus.
